Terms of use
A short outline of how Valley Tickets expects accounts, tickets, and payments to work. Counsel still has to turn this into a final agreement.
This page is a working draft and will be finalized with legal review. It is not legal advice, and it is not a final Terms or Privacy policy. Do not rely on it until Moises reviews it with counsel.
Acceptance
Using Valley Tickets means you agree to these terms once they are finalized. Until then, this page is only a draft.
Accounts
Organizers and attendees use separate roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping your sign-in private.
Tickets and refunds
The organizer sets the ticket types and the refund policy for an event. Valley Tickets facilitates registration and, when the organizer uses it, payment through Stripe. A ticket is valid only for the event and admission the organizer describes on the event page.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful events, to misuse someone else's account, or to interfere with check-in, checkout, or other guests.
Liability and governing law
Limitation of liability and other legal terms will be added after counsel review. The intended governing law is Texas. This sentence is a placeholder, not a completed clause.
