How Valley Tickets handles account, event, and payment information. This notice is a draft until counsel reviews it.

Information we collect
Account details you submit (such as name and email), event and registration details, and checkout information needed to complete a ticket order. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. Valley Tickets does not claim to store raw card numbers.
How we use it
To run the account, publish and sell tickets the organizer offers, send ticket and event messages, and operate check-in. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes payments. The application is hosted with Supabase and Vercel, which process data needed to run the service. An organizer can see registration information for their own event.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember discovery preferences such as a chosen city.
Retention and requests
We keep information while an account or event record needs it, and as required for payments and records. To ask for access or deletion, email moises@vistatechsolutions.io.
Children
Valley Tickets is not directed at children under 13. Do not register a child's account here.
Changes
When this draft is replaced with a final notice, the updated page will be posted here.
