Pricing
Creating and running events is free. Every feature is included. There is no paid plan and no Pro tier.
For organizers
Organizers can create an event and use the product at no charge. Registration, tickets, check-in, and the other tools are included. There is no paid plan and no Pro tier.
Paid tickets
The default Valley Tickets service fee is 3% + $1.14 per paid ticket.
Buyer pays all fees. The service fee and Stripe's estimated processing fee are added at checkout, so you keep the full ticket price.
Prices shown to buyers include this fee.
Free events have no fee.
Payouts
Organizers are paid through their own Stripe account as they sell. Every ticket payment settles into your organization's own payments account. Valley Tickets never holds your money; our service fee is deducted automatically per order, and everything else is yours.
